Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support EUC-related initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide technical expertise in the deployment, configuration, and management of :
  • Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Microsoft Intune for device management andpliance
  • Conditional Access Policies and Zero Trust principles
  • Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for identity and access management
  • Automation leveraging Power Apps / Power Automate of Power BI to drive for continuous improvement
  • Troubleshoot and resolveplex EUC issues across hardware, software, and cloud-based services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve end-user experience and IT service delivery.
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
  • Stay current with emerging EUC technologies and rmend improvements or innovations.
  • Ensurepliance with security policies and ITernance standards.

Requirements : Technical Skills :

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (MDM / MAM).
  • Solid understanding of Conditional Access and identity protection strategies.
  • Experience with Entra ID / Azure AD, including group policies and role-based access control.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, endpoint security, and desktop virtualization, Windows Hello for Business and password less (passkey) will be a plus.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology,puter Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Relevant certifications (, Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified : Endpoint Administrator Associate) are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in an EUC or IT support role.
