Job descriptionDegree holder or above in IT / Engineering / Telecommunications or related disciplines 3+ years of relevant working experience in Telecommunication industry Hold of professional certification is definitely an advantage, such as PMP Familiar with Telecom products such as IPLC / IEPL / MPLS VPN / SDWAN / DIA / IP Transit Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users and understand their requests and requirements Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to do problem solving and troubleshooting alone. Good in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing. Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English and Mandarin.

Responsibility
- Complete project management according to CMI's major project management regulation.
- Advise a successful strategy for winning the Major Project, including pinpointing the unique selling points (key differentiators) of CMI, knowing CMI’s operating and profit margins and understanding the clients’ specific requirements
- Working with key members of the project team and the client organization to obtain the information required to compile the Major Project
- Assessing and addressing the technical and commercial risks relating to the Major Project
- Negotiating with specialist suppliers and / or subcontractors
- Responding to clients’ and other stakeholders’ queries before, during and after the Major Project has been submitted
- Project scheduling to meet the project deadline
- Quantitative assessment of the contributions of project team members.
