Roles
- A relationship manager who manages a portfolio of Top HK F&B Groups with a focus on building lasting relationships to increase our unit economy profitability and advertisement revenue, and accelerate business engagement
- A growth consultant who formulates growth strategies with solid data background to maximize portfolio revenue and enhance brand market presence
- A key team player who cooperates with internal departments on daily operations and business growth project execution
Responsibilities
Commercial
Lead joint business planning with partners and regular business review and strategy meetingsIn-depth analysis of commercial, operational performance metrics to optimize performance and drive revenue growthActivate and introduce set of services to facilitate partners’ revenue growthAccount relationship management for retention and partnership developmentForecast and track monthly and quarterly strategic account metricsExecute partnered marketing campaigns and ad-hoc commercial projectsInteract closely with internal team for daily operations, logistic, BAU promotions and partnered marketing campaigns executionRepresent foodpanda as an ambassador, develop a trusted advisor relationship with strategic accountsOperations
Daily management of partnered marketing campaigns, BAU promotionsDaily management of incoming inquiries of operational cases with respective operation team for execution & task deliveryQualifications
Desired Skills and Experience
At least 5 years’ experience in an account management or operational sales role, possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze and draw inference from data with actionable insightsExperience in delivering client-focused solutions based on partners’ needsDetail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a timeDemonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationProficiency in both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plusExperience in digital marketing solutions selling preferredKnowledge in Chinese Word Processing is mandatoryKnowledge in the use of Salesforce preferred
