Roles and Responsibilities

Roles

  • A relationship manager who manages a portfolio of Top HK F&B Groups with a focus on building lasting relationships to increase our unit economy profitability and advertisement revenue, and accelerate business engagement
  • A growth consultant who formulates growth strategies with solid data background to maximize portfolio revenue and enhance brand market presence
  • A key team player who cooperates with internal departments on daily operations and business growth project execution

Responsibilities

Commercial

  • Lead joint business planning with partners and regular business review and strategy meetings
  • In-depth analysis of commercial, operational performance metrics to optimize performance and drive revenue growth
  • Activate and introduce set of services to facilitate partners’ revenue growth
  • Account relationship management for retention and partnership development
  • Forecast and track monthly and quarterly strategic account metrics
  • Execute partnered marketing campaigns and ad-hoc commercial projects
  • Interact closely with internal team for daily operations, logistic, BAU promotions and partnered marketing campaigns execution
  • Represent foodpanda as an ambassador, develop a trusted advisor relationship with strategic accounts
  • Operations

  • Daily management of partnered marketing campaigns, BAU promotions
  • Daily management of incoming inquiries of operational cases with respective operation team for execution & task delivery
  • Qualifications

    Desired Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years’ experience in an account management or operational sales role, possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and draw inference from data with actionable insights
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on partners’ needs
  • Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plus
  • Experience in digital marketing solutions selling preferred
  • Knowledge in Chinese Word Processing is mandatory
  • Knowledge in the use of Salesforce preferred
