Job descriptionDegree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines. Fresh graduates are welcome. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written. Detail-minded and sensitive to data. Customer-oriented, self-motivated, efficient in delivering the best quality of work. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
The Role
This position will be responsible to support CRM related initiatives in Marketing & Promotions team.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for CRM-related initiatives.
- Support the team on regular data tracking and report generations of loyalty programme of the shopping mall.
- Support the implementation of end-to-end CRM marketing campaigns to engage and retain target customers.
- Assist member’s content creations and blast-out of member’s communications.
- Liaise with tenant on members’ privileges and responsible for related system set-up.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
