Company Profile

Our client is an well-established derivatives dealer with portfolios of wide range of products. They specialize in interest rates and foreign exchange products. They are now expanding derivatives business on the back of recent years’ strong growth.

Exciting new role for you

  • This position will develop and expand the business covering institutional and Hedge Fund clients in Asia through delivering our differentiated OTC Derivative solutions tailored to their investment process
  • Formulate and execute the marketing and sales plans based on the firm’s growth strategies, organizing, and fulfilling the annual business plan’s implementation
  • Coordinate with trading to provide timely and accurate pricing and execution of various rate derivatives trades
  • Work closely with internal partners in drafting and reviewing derivatives documentation including CDEA, ISDA and CSA
  • Work closely with KYC teams in the client onboarding process and periodic review

Requirements

  • 5 ~10 years of solid sales experience in rates derivatives ( Interest rate / Fixed Income Derivatives )
  • A solid understanding of FI clients’ needs especially Hedge Funds to establish financing solutions and cross-sell group company’s products
  • Proven track record of originating and closing flow derivative transactions
  • Possess analytical skills and moderate financial modelling ability
  • Ability to establish a strong network across industry, identify and understand institutional clients’ (Hedge Funds etc) needs
  • Basic knowledge in regional regulatory structures and policies (Asian time)
  • Fluent in English, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
