Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics,puter Science, or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus). Extensive experience in product management, particularly in the stock brokerage industry. Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making skills. Deep understanding of securities brokerage / fintech markets and industry trends. Excellent leadership,munication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy : Define andmunicate product vision and strategy, aligning withpany goals.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research andpetitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Product Development : Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Innovation : Drive innovation and explore new technologies and business models.
- Stakeholder Management : municate with senior leadership and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback.
- Financial Management : Develop and manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure products meet financial targets.
