Job descriptionDegree or Master’s in Operations Management, IT, or Business Administration (MBA preferred). 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a management role. Strong background in operations within retail banking or payment services. Knowledgeable in HKMApliance requirements. Proven track record in performance improvement and vendor management. Excellentmunication skills in English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations for both sections, ensuring KPIs are met.
- Manage card lifecycle : ordering, stock management, delivery, refunds, and replacements.
- Assist in budget management and resource allocation to meet departmental objectives.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify customer needs and improve service quality.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensurepliance and data protection.
- Review service levels and implement enhancements to customer service.
