Job description

Responsibilities

  • Review and revise standard operating procedures, providing practical rmendations for enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Ensure timely and accurate verification and settlement of payments.
  • Conductpany deletion exercises in and organized and timely manner.
  • Consolidate and analyze data from diverse sources to generateprehensive management reports.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor toply withpany standards, guidelines, and requirements.

Requirements :

  • Equivalent experience or a Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, or University Degree holder
  • Goodmand of both English and Chinese
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good PC skills in MS office
