Regional Store Planning Manager, Asia Pacific

Are you a good match?

You have proven experience in Store Design Planning, strong communication, collaboration, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. You are detail oriented and agile with retail space maximization, experienced in CAD software & Photoshop and proficient in using MS Office. You master English and Cantonese, and Mandarin would be a plus.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Regional Store Design Planning Associated Director, you will be responsible for :

Manage the Opening and Renovation of boutiques in APAC :

Strategise with markets each boutiques opening and renovation projects to optimize design and layout of our retail spaces to enhance customer experiences, and also ensure internal compliance and it is aligned with Maison's standards with consideration of local specificities

Liaise with headquarter store planning teams to validate the project framework and elements. Work closely with market on tendering and selection process.

Oversee and monitor project status and milestones to ensure they are properly executed by markets, both quality and budget

Support other Construction-related Topics :

Develop and roll out non-boutique related projects (Customer Relation Center, office renovation, etc.)

Formulate regional boutique maintenance guideline and implement to markets, develop process to ensure the markets adhere to the guideline.

Develop the Store Planning Community Project Skills in APAC Markets :

Share best practices among store planning teams in APAC to animate the community

Suggest and implement weaving opportunities between store planning teams of different markets
