We provide one-stop full service of global sourcing & product development
Main market : US & EU
Headquarters : Hong Kong 100 staff members
Other offices : China, Vietnam, Cambodio, Bangladesh, Taiwan..etc
We are looking for SENIOR MERCHANDISER – with details as follows :

The Job :

Business Growth : Drive business growth and oversee all merchandising activities for assigned product lines and customers.

Merchandising : manage and coordinate the entire merchandising process from sourcing and product development to order execution and delivery.

Customer Satisfaction : Ensure customer needs are met and business objectives are achieved.

Reporting : Report to the Merchandising Manager, providing updates and collaborating on strategies to enhance merchandising performance.

Experience : 8+ years of senior or supervisory experience in the sweater product category.

Production Base : Experience with production bases in China and offshore locations.

Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of the production process, yarn sourcing, product presentation, and technical requirements.

Customer Development : Proven track record in developing new customers and growing business relationships.

Presentation Skills : Solid experience in creating presentation kits for customers

Market experience : familiarity with the US market.

Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Business trips : occassional trips to China and SE Asian countries when required; not frequent; not regular

Terms & Benefits : 5 days work; 13 months salary + bonus; medical insurance
