My client is looking for a customer service officer to assist their call centre operation. Excellent opportunity to join a global leading FMCG company.

Client Details

My client is a manufacturer of high end commercial equipments and appliances which based in Europe with over 100 years history. Their products are in most of the major department stores all over the world.

Description

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through the service hotline.
  • Manage customer inquiries including after sales service, complaint and product enquiries through inbound calls and emails.
  • Build strong customer relationships, ensure to maintain a high standard customer satisfaction.

Profile

  • 2+ years working experience in customer service or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • Proficient in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
