The Asia-Pacific Institute of Business (APIB) is the executive education arm of the CUHK Business School. Since 1990, APIB has been providing the Hong Kong and Asian business communities with unique learning programmes. Our participants have a diverse profile of more than 40 nationalities and a variety of industries. Our programmes have been designed for senior executives who will benefit from the Business School's cutting-edge research and pragmatic applications.

The appointee will be responsible for (a) creating and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement for Executive Education; (b) producing high-quality original content for social media platforms including WeChat, Xiaohongshu and LinkedIn, and ensuring brand alignment; (c) overseeing daily operations of social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring; (d) planning and executing online campaigns to attract participants and drive programme registrations; and (e) working with internal teams and external partners to align marketing strategies and leverage CRM data for targeted marketing.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline; (ii) at least 3 years' work experience in social media content creation and marketing, with a proven track record on platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and / or LinkedIn; (iii) strong writing, editing, and planning skills, and the ability to produce high-quality content independently; (iv) an excellent command of English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua); and (v) the ability to work independently and as a team member. Having experience in using AI tools for content development is a plus. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
