Engineering Manager Commercial Kitchen Equipment Installation & Maintenance
Our client, a provider of commercial kitchen solutions, dedicated to delivering top-quality installation, maintenance, and after-sales services. They are developing a new maintenance team and seeking an Engineer Manager to lead this initiative.
Job Description :
- Lead and oversee a newly formed team of technicians
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and pre-installation preparations
- Provide technical troubleshooting and expert recommendations on equipment models
- Prepare accurate quotations for installations
- Supervise installation processes to ensure quality standards
- Handle after-sales maintenance, including urgent service requests outside regular office hours
- Perform other ad hoc projects as necessary
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial kitchen electrical installation & maintenanceFamiliar with mechanical engineering is essentialStrong technical knowledge and ability to lead a team, with supervisory or managerial experienceExcellent troubleshooting skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment modelsFlexibility to handle urgent maintenance cases outside regular working hoursProficiency in Cantonese and good command of English for internal communicationPackage :
