Job descriptionHigher Diploma or Degree in Building Service / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 2 to10 years’ relevant experiences Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer Effective interpersonal, presentation and project management skills Good problem solving techniques, organizing and planning ability Good spoken and written in English and Chinese Independent and able to work under pressure & tight deadline Willing to work on site in various locations
What you will do
The team delivers innovative solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for HVAC systems. To cope with our expanding business, you will be part of a growing project / service team of HVAC driving new projects or maintaining customer’s facilities. Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service related items. As a trusted advisor to our customers you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service
How you will do it
- Assist Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis and price negotiation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors for project implementation
- Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities
- Support proposals to support recommendations and solutions
- Handle project administration
