Job description

The Job

You will :

  • To provide coordination and administrative support to Relationship Management team and Owners / TRC Engagement teams
  • To support coordination and management of event invitation and guest registration for Engagement activation on raceday and non-raceday
  • To handle customer enquiries and work with related counterparts to provide solutions and follow up with Owners and IRC members
  • To provide administrative support on preparation of presentation materials and policies / guidelines
  • To handle cross-team coordination work within the Owners and IRC Engagement teams and other cross-departmental stakeholders

About You

You should have :

  • Tertiary education or Degree holder in Administration or Communications
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience. Previous working experience in consultancy, agencies, hospitality industry or marketing / PR capacity will be an advantage
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Detail-minded, good organization and excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to multi-task and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin language skills would be an advantage
  • Terms of Employment

    The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
