Job descriptionhave a recognised university degree in public administration, affairs or relations, communication, journalism or media studies, and / or any other related discipline; preferably have two years’ experience in journalism, public administration and / or public relations field; have strong sensitivity in current affairs and political landscape; have strong command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin; have strong communication and interpersonal skills; and good understanding of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and LegCo’s structure, operation, procedures and personnel.
The Department
The Corporate Affairs (CA) Division strengthens the strategic development and positioning of the Club as a world-class racing club and charity organisation, through engaging key stakeholders in both Hong Kong and the Mainland, and maintaining efficient and effective corporate communications.
The Job
You will :
- assist in preparing and executing effective stakeholder engagement strategies and plans;
- assist in providing comprehensive and in-depth analysis and reports on issues related to the Club;
- prepare function briefs, reports and correspondence with the Club’s stakeholders;
- monitor and prepare reports on LegCo discussions and government press conferences; and
- provide assistance in organising engagement events.
About You
You should have :
Fresh graduates with excellent writing skills in English, strong political acumen and high calibre in policy analysis will also be considered.
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
