Overview

Seasonal Items

Manage replenishment and store to store transfer for seasonal items.
Be always in coordination with Regional and HQ Allocation teams to define the rules of allocation.
Be always in coordination with Visual Merchandising team and stores to grant the correct image.
Collaborate with Regional / HQ Customer Service, Logistic and Regional Merchandiser teams to drive the deliveries and to grant the best assignment for each store.
Work together with Logistic and Operations to define the delivery plan by store considering distributive constraints.
Cooperate with HQ Allocation team to manage the Central reserve and to allocate products to the stores.

Continuative Items

Manage operatively the stores' stock confirming the replenishment and communicate weekly with the stores.

Work together with Regional Merchandising team to set the assortment and to define the target stock level for each sku / store.

Cooperate with Regional Logistic and Operations teams to monitor the delivery of the products to the stores / regional warehouse.

Collaborate with HQ Allocation team to adjust and revise the store's target stock levels based on sales trend and stock capacity, to evaluate assortment changes, manage exceptional cases and update parameters on the system.

Planning

Assist Regional Planner to provide analysis on stock situation, especially during planning season.

Regular planning reporting of various kind to ensure team and company understanding of stock.

Merchandising

Weekly merchandising and delivery reports to update and review stock status.

Participate in certain merchandising projects which are crucial to advance his / her knowledge of allocation.

Your Impact

Ensure the best stock distribution for his / her region's competence, working with tools of allocation and replenishment in coordination with HQ Allocation Team and Regional Merchandising Team.

Qualifications

Skill & knowledge

Commercial awareness and strong analytical skills.

Retail mind set.

Ability to plan and prioritize and work well under pressure.

Knowledge of Retail logistic and distribution process.

Demonstrated ability to evaluate business trends and draw actionable conclusions to maximize business opportunities.

Demonstrated ability to influence and effectively negotiate with cross functional business partners.

Possess a working knowledge of financial measurements and how to impact them.

Advanced level of excel usage with aptitude to learn technical SW and operative tools.

Team building ability and relationship skills.

Demonstrate high value on team work spirit and eager to learn.
