Job Responsibilities :
- Be an outgoing, fun-loving team player who genuinely enjoys outdoor activities and creating memorable experiences
- Actively participate in events and activities with guests, spending significant time outdoors while engaging and connecting with our community
- Assist in planning and executing a diverse range of events, including Instagrammable experiences, outdoor adventures, community festivals, etc.
- Support the promotion of brand awareness by creating a combined interaction with brand, consumers, and lifestyle to generate an exciting and positive brand image for Go Park Sai Sha
- Collaborate with different brands and partners to create co-branded events and cross-promotional opportunities
- Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and new opportunities for experiential engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and feedback
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communication Team to create compelling brand narratives and storytelling campaigns that resonate with the target audience and enhance brand affinity
- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting Go Park Sai Sha's values, culture, and lifestyle through personal interactions and event activations
- Analyze consumer trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and positioning Go Park Sai Sha as a leader in the lifestyle / outdoor / adventure space
- Foster a strong brand community by creating engaging content, facilitating conversations, and encouraging user-generated content that aligns with Go Park Sai Sha's brand values
- Prepare management reports
- Handle the ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
- Be a sports ambassador for GO PARK Sai Sha
Job Requirements :
Higher Diploma or above in Marketing or Communications3 years of solid experience in event planning, marketing, or community management rolesEnthusiastic about sports and outdoor activitiesStrong understanding of immersive customer engagement tacticsExperience in executing large-scale events, activations, or community initiativesHands-on experience with influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and building brand communitiesFamiliarity with social media management, content creation, and user engagementDemonstrated ability to foster strong customer relationships, understand customer needs, and incorporate feedback into initiativesEnergetic, outgoing, and activeWell-developed problem-solving skillsGood interpersonal communication skillsProficient in verbal communication and written English and ChineseRequired to work shift including holidaysWe offer an attractive remuneration package with fringe benefits to the right candidate, such as :
