Executive Services Support
Responsibilities
a) to provide executive support on preparation of valedictory letters, G.F. 115 and records management;
b) to provide executive support on personnel matters (e.g. Assessment Panels, Promotion Boards, passage of probation / trial bar, returns relating to postings of C&S Grades staff, etc.);
c) to provide executive support on overseas and Mainland duty visits;
d) to provide executive support on procurement matters and return co-ordination; and
e) to perform any other duties to be assigned by senior officers.
Requirements
a) A recognised university degree, or equivalent;
b) Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Lauguage in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or equivalent (HKCEE);
c) At least two years’ relevant full time postgraduation working experience;
d) Possesses knowledge of computer operation in English and Chinese word processing, and is familiar with MS Word and MS Excel; and
e) Be punctual and with good self-discipline.
