Job description

Job Requirements

Holder of a recognized degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
At least 3 years' relevant experience in MVAC or P&D / FS system design;
Good communication and customer service skills;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities :

Responsible for building services design and tender documents preparation;

Design coordination and site coordination with clients and contractors;

Conduct regular site inspection to monitor the progress of maintenance works and provide recommendations for improvement;
