About the Client

We are representing a multinational property development company, headquarter in the United Kingdom. Due to the expansion plan, they are looking for an agile HR Manager to support HR matters in Hong Kong and APAC.

About the Role

  • Report to Head of Business Operation and COO
  • Provide full spectrum of HR service including but not limited to talent acquisition, total rewards, training & development and staff culture & engagement
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including developing talent pipeline, proactive sourcing and employer branding to meet with business growth
  • Work closely with outside vendors on C&B payroll operation
  • Responsible for HR policy and procedures review, enhance the company HR services in order to drive employee's satisfaction
  • Assist in any related projects and non-HR tasks if required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • 8+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally from multinational SME
  • Proven track record on setting up HR function would be an advantage
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently
  • Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
