Were looking for a talented and versatile individual who can seamlessly blend the strategic vision of product management with the organizational excellence of project this role youll be instrumental in driving the development and delivery of innovative Web3 products while ensuring that products are executed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of the product from ideation to launch
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams ensuring effective collaboration and coordination throughout product lifecycles
• Develop roadmap and product execution plan containing key deliverables milestones timeline and budget
• Document and track progress of development and features across the product
• Serve as the primary point of contact and build relationships with external stakeholders such as partners clients and community members and founding teams from portfolio companies to understand their needs address concerns and foster positive engagement
• Analyze market data identify opportunities and make recommendations to continuously improve our market making performance / existing products
• Manage any internal cross functional resource needs including development art design marketing to ensure successful product launches
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends regulations and developments in the crypto market making space
• Represent the company at industry events conferences and client meetings
• Collaborate with the broader leadership team on strategic initiatives and business planning
