As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months full-time. Responsibilities 1. Proactive Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues and escalations. In addition, identify and recommend solutions to address customers' evolving needs and challenges. 2. Technical Guidance and Support - Provide expert guidance on solution architecture, best practices, and optimization strategies. Assist customers in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting complex cloud environments. Also conduct regular workshops and trainings, technical reviews and health checks to ensure optimal performance. 3. Project Management & Ownership - Collaborate with customers to plan and execute migration, deployment, and expansion projects. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Take ownership of the projects for on-time delivery. 4. Thought leadership - Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud and AI / ML technologies and industry trends. Contribute to the development of best practices, industry insight articles, and technical documentation.QualificationsMinimum qualifications : - Final year or undergraduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
