Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain group-wide human resources strategies with focus on compensation and benefit management including :
- Short-term and long-term incentive schemes design and review
- Executive pay management mechanism design and review
- Annual bonus allocation & pay review
- Job evaluation & market benchmarking
- Maintenance of C&B policies & staff wellness programs
- Global mobility planning & implementation
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree Holder in Human Resources Management, Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics & Mathematics or relevant disciplineAt least 5 years’ experience in human resources area, preferably in compensation and benefit in techology firmsFamiliar with market practices, and relevant statutory and compliance requirements in Hong Kong, China and across the APACStrong analytical, report writing & communication skillsGood team player and open-minded to new ideasProficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel and PowerPoint skillsLESS experience will be considered as Assistant HR Manager
