AECOM’s Environmental & Ecological Planning team (EEP) investigate, plan and manage ecological resources. We are seeking a  Senior Environmental Consultant  specializing in Ecology to join our team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will lead and contribute to a wide range of projects :  conducting baseline research and surveys, identifying ecological impacts and required mitigation measures for development projects, planning biodiversity conservation and enhancement works, and designing Nature-based Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee ecological surveys, habitat assessments, and biodiversity studies
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and regulatory agencies
• Provide technical input to projects and proposals
• Analyze and interpret complex ecological data using advanced statistical methods
• Provide guidance and review for junior staff
• Participate in client and regulator meetings
• Becoming certified as an AECOM Project Manager, ensuring quality management measures are planned and implemented
