Our client, a Japanese F&B retail chain, is sincerely inviting potential calibre like you to join their team:

Job Description:

• Handle all rounded HR duties in a new setup food chain with retail shops independently, including:
  
• Recruitment of frontline and some office staff
  
• Employee Relations & Engagement, Performance Management
  
• Training & Development, C&B, HR Policies set up and execution
  
• Provide professional advice on HR related compliance, analysis and others
  
• Perform other ad hoc projects as necessary
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources / Business Administration or other related discipline
  
• 3+ years all rounded HR experience, preferred in retail industry
  
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  
• Fluent in Cantonese with good command of English and Mandarin
• Able to communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
