Our client is a FT500 IT&T firm with branches across the globe and now looking for potential incumbents to join their team.
- Act as a business partner to understand the manpower needs of assigned division and provide valuable and professional HR advices to resolve on talent acquisition and retention
- Participate the whole recruitment process, i.e. from job posting to potential selection
- Determine and review the functionalities of each job roles in each department and provide professional advices to line managers on selection criteria and matching
- Establish various recruitment channels as well as evaluate the effectiveness and hence to make improvement to achieve the best outcome / feedback from markets
- Compile various recruitment reports for management review
Requirement : :
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline5+ years' experience gained from sizable companies, preferbly from IT&T / FMCG industryDetail-oriented with the ability to handle multi-tasks independentlyProficiency in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English (including Mandarin)
