Division : Customer Service Centre / Online Operation
Job Responsibilities :
Understand the operations of the Internet industry, analyze the online strategies of major telecommunications operators in Hong Kong, and learn from the online operation experiences of telecommunications operators in Mainland China. Formulate the company’s overall online operation strategy and prepare analytical reports.
Develop online marketing plans, design customer engagement activities, and create online promotional strategies to increase online product sales revenue, including but not limited to postpaid, prepaid, broadband, terminal devices, and other products.
Plan and execute content strategies for social media platforms and interactive engagement campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WeChat public accounts, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and other social media channels.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business ,Marketing or equivalent disciplines
At least 6 years of working experience in marketing / telecommunications industry would be an advantage
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities, planning and organizational skills, and critical thinking. Tactful, customer-oriented, and possesses a positive attitude and pleasant personality.
Proficient in PC software and database analysis tools.
Ability to work independently under pressure and self-motivation.
