Mentor and develop junior team members

Role Requirements

5+ years in pension / investment ops, with leadership experience

Expertise in unit pricing, fund accounting, and regulatory standards

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / PeopleSoft

Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Fluency in English; Cantonese / Mandarin a plus
