Job descriptionDegree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Min. 3 years of industry experience focused on providing technical operations and support. Hands-on coding and scripting (Bash, PHP, JavaScript, Python etc.) Solid experience with LINUX systems and IT operations. Experience with administrating, monitoring different Linux distribution, operation of public Cloud platform (AWS and Google Cloud). Experience working in DevOps or software development is preferred. Knowledge on RESTFUL API is preferred. Good understanding in TCP / IP and internetworking.
Responsibilities
- Performance fine-tuning of the newly developed security platform and other future DDoS mitigation tools.
- Handle escalation, functionality issues
- Fix minor bugs and provide workaround until the problem solved
- Assist on the higher-level DDoS mitigation and troubleshooting related to the proprietary product developed by Development Team.
- Participate on the application development projects for intelligent operations.
- Ensures management and monitoring tools are integrated, configured to the platform and have rules / alerts for different conditions.
- Participate in the 7x24 rotation duties.
