As Hong Kong is one of growth of GEMs (Global Emerging Markets) business. The Trade Marketing Manager / Assistant Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of trade marketing strategy and operations within the Hong Kong market. Responsibilities :
Work closely with Brand team and Sales team to ensure brand strategy & category insights are well translated into trade plan and well executed at trade level, including 4Ps.
Manage new product launch, including pre-campaign planning & post-campaign evaluation.
Conduct market research and data analysis, competitor and consumer trend, draw insights and propose business actions.
Formulate trade marketing strategy, lead through the execution of plans & activities including promotion planning, development of trade POSM, premium, demo, etc.
Manage trade spend and A&CP by on-going ROI evaluation on each pricing & trade promotions to make sure all the spendings are spent efficiently and as per planned.
Perform any ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements :
Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in trade marketing or relevant segment. Experience gained from FMCG industry is a definitely advantage.
Good presentation & project management with strong business & numerical sense.
Self-motivated, creative, excellent communication skills and good team player.
Result-oriented and independent.
Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin and Cantonese.
