Job description

Your Role

  • Manage the departmental annual OPEX budget and ensure optimal fund allocation
  • Prepare and submit the business cases to senior management for funding acquisition
  • Manage the project Capex allocation to achieve the project target
  • Provide financial insights to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency
  • Oversee expenses, evaluate budget performance, and make necessary adjustments
  • Prepare budget reports to support management in financial decision-making
  • Manage materials planning and resource allocation to support project implementation
  • Oversee logistics and warehouse operations to ensure timely equipment delivery for project implementation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to handle invoice issuance, payments, procurement and acceptance of projects

To Succeed in the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business / Administration Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or cost control
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, SAP, ERP)
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
