Responsibilities
- Provides expertise for the full scope of Human Resources functions including all aspects of Organizational Design, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Talent Development, and Diversity & Inclusion
- Delivers HR initiatives, programs, and processes to the business client group(s) including performance management, total rewards and headcount planning, talent review and succession management processes
- Enhances organizational learning and development by facilitating training programs and group discussions on various topics, such as leadership development, change management, and performance management
- Participates in significant organizational development projects, programs and business initiatives,
- Develops thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development and retention
- Provide guidance and support inplex employee relations issues, ensuringpliance with labour laws and regulations to mitigate risk
- Coaches and guides managers in hiring and developing high performing teams, building talent bench, and driving associate engagement. Facilitates talent and performance management programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business objectives
- Any other ad-hoc HR assignment where necessary
Required :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related fieldMinimum 8-10 years of experience in HR generalist / BP role, with experience in financial services industryExperience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented environmentStrong business acumen and ability to connect operational initiatives and activities, with strategic objectives of the businessExcellentmunication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skillsExcellentmunication skills in English and ChineseInterested?
