SENIOR MANAGER - SALES & REVENUE

You will be working for a 298-room hotel, which is only a 3-minute walk from Tuen Mun MTR station. We would like you to join us as one of our Penta team members.

As a Senior Manager - Sales & Revenue at Penta, you’ll help drive our success in Hong Kong’s dynamic hospitality scene.

You'll feel right at home if :

• you get the market, excel at developing and executing sales strategies
• you are passionate to lead and inspire the team to exceed targets
• Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
• taking care of customers and online distribution channels
• Formulate and implement pricing strategies and forecasts, optimize room availability
• deliver insightful performance reports and data-driven recommendations to senior management

You’re strong in business acumen, negotiation and analyze. You’re proficiency in hotel and revenue management system. You’re extraordinary amazing in leadership and communication skills. You're on top of trends and you handle a changing hotel. You want to learn everything there is to learn in a busy hotel, and you want to have fun doing it.
