Archibat HR Asia is looking for a Creative Interior Design Director to join a famous global Interior Design firm in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities :

Participating working in close consultant to lead multidisciplinary design teams from on all project phases from concept to completion.

A consultative approach to managing clients and team members

Proven experience in directing a design team through design specifications, working drawings, and construction documents, including verification that designs meet applicable building codes when necessary

An ability to manage multiple teams, guiding and inspire the work and progress of drawing, studies, specifications and other project tasks on multiple projects

Profil recherché

Above 10 years experience, exposure to workplace projects and / or hospitality projects. Experience in Asia is preferred but not a must

Must have experience and confidence in delivering design pitches to corporate clients

Ability to maintain design integrity from design concept to on-site construction

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Action-oriented, driven towards results

Able to work entrepreneurial yet thrive collaborating in a team

Position open in both Hong Kong and Shanghai.
