Job description

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.

Reporting to the Vice President, Strategic Partnerships of WestK Enterprise Limited , you will be responsible for :

assisting in developing and managing innovative business models / projects along with marketing and promotional initiatives to diversify revenue streams, improve cost effectiveness and efficiency, and support sustainable business growth;

creating detailed project plans, define scope, set objectives and manage resources to ensure timely and successful implementation of initiatives;

collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align on project goals, drive co-innovation initiatives, develop offerings, explore new markets, and strengthen WestK Enterprise's market presence;

monitoring project budgets, allocate resources efficiently and ensure cost-efficiency throughout the project lifecycle;

identifying potential risks, develop strategies and proactively address challenges to ensure project continuity and success;

tracking project progress, prepare comprehensive status reports to stakeholders and senior management;

developing creative solutions to optimize processes, address project challenges and improve overall efficiency and outcomes; and

ensuring all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with organisational objectives.

You should :

possess a bachelor’s degree or above in business management, marketing or related discipline, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in leading and managing projects and / or strategic partnerships;

have proven track record of successful project / campaign management;

have exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;

possess strong business acumen with a result-oriented mindset coupled with excellent organisational and time management skills;

preferably have experience in the arts and cultural sector;

be a team player with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of multitasking and developing innovative solutions, while consistently delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment;

have the ability to work independently with excellent self-motivation; and

have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
