Job descriptionSub-degree or above in Business Administration / Management / Marketing or Communications A minimum of 6 years of working experience, preferably 3 years of relevant experience in academic program management, sales and marketing, and business networking Possession of local and / or non-local adult education or higher education experience is an advantage Knowledge in industry practices within the fields of Beauty and Health Care, Building and Construction, or Facilities and Property Management Result-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels Highly responsible, self-disciplined, and patient Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and Chinese word processing Medical and Dental Benefits, Flexible Work Arrangements Birthday leave, Marriage Leave Education Sponsorship Examination Leave MPF Employer Voluntary Contribution
Duties :
- Take ownership of the designated program and be responsible for program quality
- Execute to achieve pre-set goals and explore ways to improve
- Supervise subordinates and part-time lecturers
- Contribute to and support program development, market research, and marketing activities
- Build business networks and partnerships with professional organizations and institutes
