Job description

Major Responsibilities

To contribute to strategic planning and continuous quality improvement of the department and support the development and implementation of the plans.
To assist the Senior Nursing Officer in overseeing the day-to-day operation, ensure established quality standards are met and promote excellence in customer relations.
To collaborate and communicate with patients, families and other health care providers in the delivery of patient care.
To supervise subordinates in performing duties and evaluate staff performance.
To undertake special projects and other duties assigned by the Hospital Management.

Requirements

Holder of Hong Kong Registered Nurse license and valid practicing certificate.

For NO II / NO - at least 8 / 10 years of post-qualification experience in Paediatric ward, preferably with 2 / 3 years of experience in managerial roles.

Preferably holding valid certificate in BLS / PALS.

Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrated leadership and organization skills.

Presentable, self-initiative, independent and pleasant personality.

Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English.

Computer literate, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
