Support the Programme Team in the daily operations of accredited programmes and handle programme administrative and logistical work such as student recruitment and enrolment, course administration and student support
Collect data for admission, enrolment, academic performance (e.g., data generation) to facilitate programme management and operations
Support the Programme Team in carrying out student affairs including counselling, student development and alumni activities (e.g., mentorship programme) to enhance students’ learning experience. Provide administrative and logistical support for alumni and outreach activities / events
Provide executive and secretarial support to committees, working groups, and events
Perform shift duties at centre counter as required and support the daily operations of the training centre
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior or his / her delegate
