Job descriptionUniversity degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline Minimum of 1 year Corporate Finance / ECM / or DCM experience with reputable investment bank or credit rating agency Good credit research and analysis skills Solid financial modeling skills well-versed in Bloomberg Dealogic Factiva Ipreo or FactSet Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Our client is a leading Chinese Investment Bank. They are looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst to join their growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Support ECM and ECM origination and execution
- Prepare financial modelling
- Conduct in-depth debt market and transaction analysis
- Assist in preparing pitchbook and roadshow materials
- Collaborate with sales / distribution team and other banks / lawyers / accountants / rating advisory partners on deals
