This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.

The Client Service Associate supports HarbourVest’s institutional clients by partnering with Account Managers and internal teams to manage daily inquiries and deliver a high-quality client experience. This role involves coordinating key client activities such as onboarding, reporting, and portfolio reviews, while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring timely, accurate service across functions.

The ideal candidate is :

• Experienced in investment management, financial services, or private equity experience preferred.
• Possesses additional skills : Client facing, relationship management, communication, analytical / problem solving, prioritization.
