Our client is a precision oncology company focused on providing comprehensive genomic solutions for personalised cancer treatment. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team in Hong Kong for driving revenue targets for NGS technology and oncology products.

Responsibilities : 1. Sales Leadership

  • Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve revenue targets for NGS technology and Oncology products.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales executives, ensuring their success and professional development.

2.Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Oncology markets.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • 3.Market Analysis and Strategy

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Develop and refine sales strategies based on market insights and competitor intelligence.
  • Provide recommendations for product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • 4.Team Collaboration :

  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in medical, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Sales or technical knowledge of NGS (next generation sequencing) related products and technologies
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
