Description
- Execute key agency initiatives effectively.
- Leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to aid the team in developing strategic initiatives.
- Present analysis findings to business clients.
- Collaborate with various departments to support product launches and engagement.
- Develop and implement agency channel strategies that align with corporate goals.
- Establish a comprehensive end-to-end process to improve outcomes through effective initiative delivery and implementation.
- Enhance and transform agency business with extensive support, including training, propositions, technology, digital, and analytics tools.
- Manage and support specific strategic projects to develop, plan, and operationalize key initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct and support annual planning activities for the agency, including continuous performance tracking and analytics.
- Perform internal, market, and competitor analysis to support agency strategy and specific initiatives.
- Analyze data using Python and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Profile
A bachelor's degree in related disciplines such as Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or Computer Science is preferred.At least 6 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, or professional services roles is highly preferred.Significant exposure to the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous.Strong self-motivation and ownership, with a proactive mindset and willingness to step out of the comfort zone to solve problems.Ability to apply structured problem-solving and conduct quantitative analysis for data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication skills, including strong written English (e.g., Word reports, PowerPoint presentations) and verbal communication in English and Chinese.Proficiency in Python and Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Job Offer
