Job description

Our client is a leading wholesaler and distributor of electronic equipmentthey are currently seeking for aSales Administratorto join their team.

Sales Admin / Sales Coordinator (Electronic products)

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for sales new order processing and order management for assigned accounts
  • Prepare the salesreportsand manage the sales database or system
  • Prepare quotations and invoices in the management system
  • Coordinate between internal departments and customers to ensure requirements are achieved
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Minimum 2years of working experience in sales adminfield experience in electronics products is preferred
  • Good communication interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in computer skills such as Word Excel PowerPoint etc.
  • Immediate available is preferred
