About the Role

Reporting to the department and leading a team of 10+, our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader in driving digital solutions changes which includes development and enhancement of mobile applications, web platform, CRM, UI / UX and customer facing applications. The successful candidate will lead a team of developers and designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality mobile solutions that delight users and meet business objectives. You will mentor and guide a team of developers and UI / UX designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Work closely with product managers, QA teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to align mobile app development with business priorities. Lastly, you will manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure the successful execution of projects and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions that align with thepany's business goals

The Successful applicant

• Bachelor's degree inputer science or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 12 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of technology, in application management
• A track record of delivering agile digital advisory services and transformation consulting in any industries
• Delivering value to businesses through digital transformation initiatives
• Mobile applications and digital facing solutions expertise is a major advantage
• Strong knowledge of the current issues within the market including digital technology, operational improvement, business retention, product innovation
• Ability to describe as-is and to-be digital solutions in an easy-to-understand manor
• Experience of describing and positioning propositions that embrace all domains including a business processes, organizational change and information technology.
• Goodmand in Chinese and English
