Introduction :

Our client is now looking for digital transformation manager now.

Responsibilities : Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Streamline processes by integrating advanced digital technologies across all departments.
  • Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on digital strategies and secure support for transformative initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation initiatives proactively.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to position the company as a leader in the digital marketplace.
  • Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes while reporting to stakeholders and steering committees.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of proposals, defining the transformation roadmap that aligns with stakeholder visions and strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while guiding your project team toward successful outcomes.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree or above, preferably in computer studies, or related fields
  • At least 10 years experience IT experience. Of which, around 3-4 years in digital transformation.
  • With solid experience on projects involving new technology such as artificial intelligence (AI), mobile applications and digital engineering.
  • Experience with different integration platforms and knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and API-based integrations is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and change management skills.
  • Strong business sense and the ability to turn technical ideas into practical solutions.
  • Self-motivated, positive and able to work independently
