Job description

Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing key accounts for Fixed Telecommunications Network Services (FTNS) and broadband solutions (enterprise & SME segments). Lead a sales team to achieve targets through strategic partnerships, government / enterprise tenders, and innovative service offerings (e.g., fiber leasing, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Development

Identify and onboard new clients (ISPs, MNCs, SMEs) for FTNS / broadband services (MPLS, IEPL, 5G backhaul).

  • Develop tailored solutions (e.g., high-speed broadband, dedicated internet access) aligned with HK market needs.g.
  • Mentor sales executives, providing training on FTNS products and market trends (IoT, AI-driven networks).
  • Requirements :

  • Experience :  5+ years in telecom sales (FTNS, broadband, ISP, or infrastructure).
  • Technical Knowledge :  Understanding of fiber networks, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity.
  • Skills :   Fluent in Cantonese / English; strong negotiation and CRM proficiency (Salesforce).
  • Education :  Bachelor’s in Business / Telecom / IT preferred.
