IPO Associate

A well regarded UK law firm are looking for a mid-level IPO associate to join their team in Hong Kong. This is an excellent opportunity to work across various IPO transactions including preparing listing applications, responding to regulators as well as advising on various compliance issues.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years PQE, HK-qualified
• Solid working knowledge in acting for issuers and / or sponsors / underwriters in IPO projects and experience in listing companies' compliance matters.
• Experience in Listing Rules, the Takeovers Code, the Securities and Future Ordinance, the Companies Ordinance
• Excellent Chinese and English (spoken and written) essential
