Responsibilities

Investment Analysis & Due Diligence : Support deal evaluation by developing financial models and conducting in-depth industry and market research.
Investment Documentation : Prepare detailed investment presentations, memos, and proposals, delivering key insights to the investmentmittee .
Portfolio Management : Assist in monitoring investment performance and executing asset management strategies.
Valuation & Reporting : Prepare portfolio valuation materials for external professionals and coordinate investor reporting presentations.

Requirements

Experience : Minimum 1+ year of investment , private equity, or real estate deal advisory (real estate sector experience highly preferred).

Technical Proficiency : Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and investment presentation development.

Passion for Real Estate : Demonstrated interest in real estate investment and amitment to high-quality work.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with deal teams and external clients.

Language Proficiency : Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin. Japanese proficiency is not required but considered a significant advantage .
