Entry Requirements :
(f) Good knowledge in the application of common business software of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing and so on; and
(g) Working experience in project management, event management, government, statutory body or non-governmental organisation will be an advantage. Note : (1) For non-civil service appointment purpose, 'Grade C' in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE before 2007 is accepted administratively as comparable to 'Level 3' in English Language and Chinese Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
(2) Application which did not provide all information as requested or which are not clear that the candidates have met the entry requirements will not be considered.
(3) All qualifications required should be obtained on or before the application deadline. Qualifications obtained after the application deadline will not be considered.
Duties :
(e) To assist in management and coaching of supporting staff; and
(f) To perform any other related duties as assigned. Note : Appointee may be required to work irregular hours and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Terms of Appointment :
Successful candidate will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms. Fringe Benefits :
An end-of-contract gratuity may be granted to the appointee upon satisfactory completion of the contract with a consistently high standard of performance and conduct. Such gratuity, plus the Government's contribution to a Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) scheme in respect of the appointee as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance, will be equal to 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period. Rest days, statutory holidays (or substituted holidays), annual leave, maternity leave / paternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted in line with the provisions of the Employment Ordinance.
